Image Mission Ltd is a Registered Charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status dedicated to empowering women by helping them achieve economic independence through employment.
Image Mission was founded by Certified Image Professional and Certified Results Coach Li Kin Pang, who was inspired to set up the organisation after volunteering image services to voluntary welfare organisations for several years.
Since our incorporation in March 2015, we have served more than 1,000 women in need through our programmes, Dress for Success® Singapore and IM Ready.
Image Mission manages Dress for Success® Singapore as an affiliate of Dress for Success® Worldwide. Dress for Success® Singapore is an affiliate of international non-profit organisation, Dress for Success® Worldwide and is managed by Image Mission in Singapore. Established in 1997, Dress for Success currently has close to 150 affiliates in 25 countries worldwide.
We are a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO).
OUR VISION & MISSION
Empowering men and women in need to gain economic independence and break out of the poverty cycle.
To promote the economic independence of the disadvantaged by providing them with coaching, image services and presentable work attire for job interviews and career advancement.
WHAT WE DO
We provide free and personalised interview coaching, mentoring and professional attire to women seeking employment. This includes helping them with a job search action plan and post-interview/employment support.
Our signature programmes, Dress for Success® Singapore and IM Ready, cover every facet of our client’s journey from job search to employment and beyond.
Dress for Success® Singapore provides clients with:
- Interview and career coaching
- Professional attire for job interviews and employment
- A network of support for career advancement
IM Ready will help clients:
- Clarify their career choices
- Develop a focussed approach in their job search
- Find a career that is meaningful and sustainable
Together, these programmes empower women with the means to gain meaningful employment and achieve economic independence.
We serve clients through referral only. Our referral partners are charities or non-profit organisations such as Social Service Agencies, family service centers, community organisations and agencies that provide employment training and job matching services.

WHY WE DO IT
We want to reach out to some 8,800 women who are unemployed in Singapore and are in need of our services. These women may come from low-income households or may be disadvantaged in other ways. They include single mothers, survivors of domestic abuse, those with disabilities and the marginalised.
We also want to reach out to graduating students from low-income families as they have the potential to help their families break out of the poverty cycle.
We believe in empowering women by offering long-lasting solutions that enable them to secure employment, become financially independent and break out of the poverty cycle.
